Scope of Work

All services provided by NigraniTech will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Any additional requirements or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to revised timelines and additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payments shall be made according to the mutually agreed proposal or invoice. Depending on the nature of the project, an advance payment may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance payable based on project milestones or upon completion.

Third-Party Vendor Involvement

NigraniTech may engage trusted third-party specialists, vendors, or service providers to deliver specific aspects of a project when required. NigraniTech remains the primary point of contact and will coordinate the delivery to ensure quality and consistency.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work and the timely receipt of required information, approvals, and feedback from the client. Delays in communication or changes in project requirements may impact the delivery schedule.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the originally agreed scope are included as specified in the project proposal. Requests for substantial changes, additional features, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
